I help adults navigate anxiety, trauma, perfectionism, relationship challenges, and life transitions through compassionate, trauma informed therapy. My approach is warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive. Do you accept insurance?

Currently, my practice operates on a self-pay model. However, I can provide superbills for you to submit to your insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

How long are the sessions?

Standard individual and couples therapy sessions are 50 minutes long. Initial intake appointments may take up to 60 minutes to ensure we cover a comprehensive history.

What is your cancellation policy?

I require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee.
