About Dara Goldberg
Welcome to my Therapy Practice
Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step—but it’s also a meaningful one. I work with adolescents and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, stress, ADHD, and learning challenges, and are looking for practical support and lasting change. My approach is collaborative and strengths-based. Together, we’ll build on what’s already working while developing tools to help you better manage challenges and feel more confident in your daily life. I tailor each session to your needs, using a combination of talk therapy, relaxation techniques, and other supportive strategies. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who founded this practice in 2011. with a deep passion for supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families as they navigate life’s challenges. I earned my Bachelor’s degree from University of Maryland, College Park (Go Terps!) in Psychology with a minor in Spanish. I continues my studies at the National Catholic School of Social Work for my Masters in Social Work. Early in my career I worked at a Boys & Girls Club. That experience was transformative—it sparked my desire to move beyond surface-level support and work more deeply with children and families in meaningful, lasting ways.
