About Jennifer Spatzer
I work with people who are navigating intense emotional distress, complex symptoms, major life transitions, or a phase of life that no longer feels manageable alone. You may be looking for therapy because your symptoms are affecting your relationships, work, school, family life, stability, or sense of self. In our work together, I help you slow things down, make sense of what is happening, and build practical ways to feel more stable, more connected to yourself, and more able to move forward. We will also increase your sense of agency through psychoeducation, symptom tracking, skill building, resourcing and insight building.
