About Cassidy
I specialize in supporting adults through transitions, burnout and overwhlem.
I specialize in supporting adults through transitions, burnout, and emotional overwhelm. This includes neurodivergent and highly sensitive individuals, caregivers, creatives, and those healing from relational trauma. I also work with immigrants, first-generation clients, and people living with chronic or invisible pain. If you're seeking deeper self-awareness and a more intentional way of living, you're in the right place. I earned my degree from George Washington University and am trained in full fidelity Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Child Parent Relationship Therapy (CPRT). My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and tailored to your unique needs. I integrate modalities like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Narrative Therapy to support meaningful, lasting change. Therapy with me is both validating and actionable. It offers space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and move toward a life that feels more grounded and authentic. Outside the therapy room, I enjoy iced coffee, good books, and creative outlets like crochet and needlepoint. I am also a reality TV enthusiast and a lifelong learner who finds joy in exploring literature and video essays. As a board-approved supervisor in Maryland, I provide clinical supervision to Bridget and find deep fulfillment in supporting emerging clinicians as they grow in confidence and authenticity.
